Data Quality Lead

Job Description Location: Minnaplois, MN (3 days WFO) Responsibilities Own end-to-end data quality strategy across RMN; define standards, validation, and reconciliation; drive cross-team coordination (Product, Eng, Ops, P2P); establish data ownership & accountability reporting (who creates errors, trends, scorecards). Qualifications Data quality & governance frameworks Strong SQL / analytics Cross-functional leadership Data lifecycle expertise (capture → flow → reporting) Stakeholder & program management Mandatory skills: GCP AI ML MLOps. Experience: 5-8 years. Compensation & Benefits The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
