The Assistant Store Manager at Infusion LLC coordinates and supports all activities within the store, focusing on staff recruitment, training, and business goal planning. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support all store activities
- Recruit, hire, and train staff
- Coach employees for operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and government regulations
- Conduct yearly performance reviews with staff
- Monitor training processes to ensure quality training
- Support local and national marketing initiatives
- Manage cash handling and daily financial operations
- Maintain cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and communicate promotional information
