Associate Wealth Advisor & Portfolio Manager Firm: Robin Tan, CFP® – LPL Financial Location: Kirkland, WA (Hybrid/Remote) Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 + Bonus Potential Closing Date: June 9, 2026 The Opportunity Are you a seasoned CFP® professional looking for more than just a job? Robin Tan, CFP® is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Wealth Advisor to step into a key leadership role within our firm. This is not a "sales" role, there is no expectation for new business acquisition. Instead, we are looking for a technical expert and a "people person" to co-manage the investment accounts and financial futures of approximately 100 high-net-worth client families. For the right entrepreneurial candidate, this role offers a structured path to Partnership or Ownership. What You’ll Do This role is designed as a high-level growth path, transitioning from co-advisor to lead relationship manager: Portfolio Management & Execution: You will play a central role in managing and rebalancing investment accounts for our HNW client base. You should be comfortable discussing market dynamics and execution strategies. Advanced Financial Engineering: Take full ownership of the eMoney platform. We are looking for a "Power User" who can build, stress-test, and present complex Monte Carlo simulations and "what-if" scenarios. Tax-Aware Planning: Collaborate with our tax professionals to integrate sophisticated tax-reduction strategies, including wealth transfer and retirement optimization. Relationship Leadership: You will move from supporting client meetings to leading them, eventually becoming the primary point of contact for a dedicated segment of the firm’s clients. What You Bring Certification: CFP® designation is required. Experience: 5–9+ years in wealth management or fee-based financial planning. Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in eMoney (or similar high-end planning software) and portfolio management systems. Sophistication: Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families; ability to navigate complex emotional and financial dynamics. Mindset: You are a proactive self-starter with a collaborative heart and an interest in the "business of the business." Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience and technical skill set). Performance Bonus: Competitive bonus structure based on firm and individual goals.
