Field Sales Representative

Description Stoney Oak Painting is a fast-growing painting company looking to immediately hire a qualified sales representative. Looking for a person who is motivated, driven for success, goal-oriented, and competitive. A Real "Go Getter" Someone ready to hit the ground running and learn by doing. Making money in the first week out ($90,000 - $120,000 plus) potential first year. We need a person who has a burning desire to succeed, a willingness to go above and beyond, and is ready to take action and Make It Happen. Responsibilities • Sales Rep will meet with potential clients, get an understanding of the painting project they want, and help select the type of paint, colors, and sheen.
• Sales Rep will call leads and confirm appointments.
• Sales Rep will give an estimate, close the sale, and secure the job.
• Sales Rep will maintain the CRM and follow up relentlessly. Qualifications • Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Cell phone, laptop, iPad, or equivalent.
• Enjoy interacting with strangers.
• History of closing sales.
• Sales Rep will call leads and confirm appointments.
