Lead Product Marketing Manager

Job Title
Responsible for consumer lifecycle implementation of new company products, promotions, offers, and rate changes. Manage system development of rating and promotional capabilities for the company portfolio of services.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile environment.
- Ensure product success through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans.
- Define over 200 offer variables for each new offer request using the Final Marketing Checklist form.
- Implement product offers and promotions, delivering 4-6 projects quarterly.
- Align and communicate offers and product requirements across various organizations including Strategy, IT, Engineering, Customer Care/Sales Ops, and Legal.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT; ensure these represent broader cross-functional needs.
- Write and review features and capabilities; collaborate with design and tech teams on solutions and go-live activities.
- Provide ongoing product surveillance and management to meet financial objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams from requirements gathering to initial launch or service lifecycle.
- Participate and consult in quarterly PI Planning.
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend alternatives to influence decisions.
- Consult with marketing partners to identify solutions that achieve business goals.
- Act as a liaison and subject matter expert on business processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to develop service delivery and channel enablement plans.
- Maintain and distribute project management deliverables for the successful launch of new applications and devices.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership regarding products and plans.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources to drive business success.
Requirements
- Experience with company and/or television/cable billing and ordering systems.
- Knowledge of C3, STMS, Enabler, OMS, Online, Salesforce, and/or front-end ordering systems is highly desired.
- Understanding of consumer business lines, including company and television/cable programming, packages, and products.
- Ability to lead projects across multiple organizations such as IT, Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, and Offer Execution.
