Position Overview What you’ll do: Being a maurices full-time retail store manager means that you’ll get the opportunity to lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. This role builds and supervises a high-performance team of 8-20, including 3-4 members of management. Specialty retail store management experience, preferred Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results Computer Proficiency, necessary Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours Location Location: Store 0081-Northland ShpCtr-maurices-Sterling, IL 61081 Position Type Regular/Full time Pay Range Hourly: $24.91 - 27.68. Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance. Benefits Overview Choice of three medical plans, including a PPO plan or High-Deductible plans.
