Senior Community Manager - People-First Property Leader

RPM Living is hiring a Senior Community Manager to oversee all operations at a Colorado apartment community. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and the ability to guide staff, manage budget, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multi-family property management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software.
