• Position: Operations Admin Specialist
• Engagement Type: 9-month contract (W2)
• Weekly Paychecks, Benefits Available Day 1 (Health, Vision, Dental)
• Location: Westlake, TX
• 5 days a week ONSITE
• Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Start Date : Monday, August 10th

Program Details:

One of our clients is an independent public charity created to increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor-advised fund (DAF) account. A donor-advised fund account is a simple, flexible, tax-smart investment account designed specifically for charitable purposes that offers clients and advisors a simple and streamlined way to contribute, invest and grant effectively.

Day to Day:

• Handle incoming operational volume for the Charitable Service organization. This would include remediation of cases, contribution queue, processing of forms & paperwork, email box’s, Transfer of Asset follow-up, hotline calls, weekly reports, amongst other tasks.
• Possible follow up on not-in-good-order work, requesting corrected paperwork or new paperwork based on situation.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide efficient and effective service for advisors and donors

Must Haves:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by absorbing and applying complex information quickly.
• Time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and prioritize priorities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a large quantity of volume at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Capable of working effectively within a team environment with the utmost professionalism
