Job Description Introduction We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to support front office operations and create a welcoming experience for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative work and customer interaction. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide assistance in a professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and front desk activities. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative duties including filing and data entry. Support daily office operations and team coordination. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and organized demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Basic computer skills including email, scheduling software, and data entry.
