Evening/Weekend Receptionist $15-$17 (Part Time)

Position Receptionist - Part Time Location: Zionsville, IN Starting wage: $15.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00-7:30pm Week 2: Monday & Wednesday 4:00-7:30pm Every other Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Be the "First Face" of the community; provide exceptional customer service during every interaction. Be the "Go-To Guide": answer or help find answers to questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person or by telephone. Be an "Exceptional Assistant": assist the administrative team in completing tasks and ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed. Positive and energetic attitude. Professional appearance and conduct. Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Criminally cleared. Good health and physically and mentally capable; medical screening within 6 months of employment. Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day; sedentary periods of 1-3 hours required.
