Todds in Home Care is pleased to announce the expansion of our services to include Home Health Care. We are currently seeking part-time Registered Nurses for our Kenosha, WI office.

·       Compensation: $50 per hour

·       Sign-on Bonus: $1000

As a Home Health Nurse , you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered, high-quality healthcare within clients’ residences. Core responsibilities include conducting health assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing interventions to support optimal patient outcomes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Travel to patient homes to implement physician-directed care plans.

·       Measure vital signs, including blood pressure, glucose, and administer medications and insulin as prescribed.

·       Assess and treat wounds, perform bandage changes, and support personal hygiene and grooming needs.

·       Evaluate muscle strength, identify pressure ulcers, and monitor for infection symptoms.

·       Address concerns of family members by providing accurate information and support.

·       Educate caregivers and family members regarding aftercare and ongoing patient needs.

·       Communicate with physicians and families regarding patient status and recommendations for improved care.

·       Document patient progress comprehensively and prepare reports for medical review.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related discipline required.

·       Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity is required .

·       Active nursing licenses and relevant certifications are mandatory.

·       Previous experience in a similar home health setting is encouraged.
