Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Florida

Start Date: Based on credentialing timeline (approximately 90 days)

Location: Central Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time coverage with a mix of 10-, 12-, and 14-hour shifts weekly; weekend rotation required (2 shifts every 6 weeks); on-site call rotation

Highlights:

• Level 1 Trauma Center with high-acuity case mix including Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endoscopy, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma
• Annual case volume of approximately 12,000 across two hospital sites, including 700 cardiac cases per year
• ACT model with 19 Physicians and 28 APPs; 90% supervision ratio at 1:4
• Full scope of practice including regional blocks, spinals, and central/arterial line placement
• Teaching facility environment offering professional growth and mentorship opportunities
• EMR system: iProcedures

Requirements:

• Active Florida CRNA license (out-of-state candidates must provide out-of-state license at time of application)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Trauma anesthesia experience required
• Proficiency in regional blocks, spinals, and central/arterial line placement
• Full-time availability with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Willingness to cross-credential at a second facility as needed
• Clean background and malpractice history
