The successful candidate should have a strong track record of delivering IAM and Entitlements solutions from inception to deployment in the Production environment.Duties & Responsibilities: Understand the methodology and technology used to plan and implement Entitlements / Fine grained authorization and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systemsDocument the security requirements for all phases of the project Identify and document the deliverables and track to deliveryCreate a project plan, track and control the execution of the projectDivide and assign the tasks to the team members globally and track progressCommunicate to stakeholders of the project progress on a weekly basisEscalation management and motivating the team to deliver on time and on budgetOnboard applications into the Entitlements platformWork with product vendors in getting support for the team in case of technical issues.Development and documentation of EntitlementsEducate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAMIdentify dependencies and resolve roadblocks for the implementation team proactivelyProvide thought leadership on IAM implementation Coordinate with offshore team to prepared documentation, install & configuration of Entitlements products, customize IAM product using Java and .Net programming languageTesting and migration of the IGA/IAM system into the production environment.Support for the system after the production migration is completeWork with the offshore team to complete the documentation, implementation, production migration and support.Manage the that the tasks with offshore are completed to the customer’s satisfactionCustomer Security Liaison will include:Advise customer on the implementation and ongoing operation.Deliver and discuss deliverables with customerSolicit feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teamsQualificationsSkill, Experience & General information Required:Basic Technical RequirementsEntitlements Products (i.e. OES, CEPM, Axiomatics)Directory Services Products (i.e. Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Oracle Directory)Virtual Directory Products (i.e. RadiantOne VDS)Application Security (IBM AppScan, Fortify, Veracode, Prevoty, AppDefender)Desirable SkillsIGA Products (i.e. RSA Aveksa, SailPoint IdentityIQ)IAM Products (i.e. IBM Security IAM, Oracle IAM, and CA SiteMinder)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Worked in onshore/offshore modelCISSP CertificationAdditional InformationConnect with me at (For Direct Clients Requirements)** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
