HOURS: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM – NOT BENEFITS ELIGIBLE

NOTES: 175 Day contract / Summer, Nights and Weekends Off!/$11.45-$13.77 Qualifications Has a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate Has the ability to read and follow written directions Can stand and walk continuously for at least two hours Has demonstrated the ability or potential to communicate and work effectively with students and staff Reports To Principal Job Goal Supervise the cafeteria during lunchtime Performance Responsibilities Be familiar with and follow written policies, procedures and directions from supervisor related to job responsibilities Assist students in finding seats Monitor the conduct and manners of students Assist students in opening milk cartons, thermos, etc. Give permission to students needing to be excused to go to restroom Remind children, when necessary, to leave eating area clean and orderly See that tables and chairs are clean and ready for the next class Give students a warning for first minor inappropriate behavior Notify the principal when extreme misconduct occurs Report to the principal any concerns for improving the dining pleasure of all students Assist students in lining up when lunch period is over Perform other duties consistent with the position assigned as may be requested by the supervisor Terms of Employment Hourly (Grade 01) 2 per day 10 per week 175 days 9 ¼ months Board approved 6-9-94 #J-18808-Ljbffr Boone County Schools
