Summary Operates under general supervision but manages most of their work independently. Serves on large and/or complex projects, acts as a first point of reference for day‑to‑day queries, liaises with related areas, and maintains advanced knowledge of their chosen field and related areas. Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills, and may lead projects and/or train lower‑level staff. Major Duties Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high‑profile activities, such as direct interaction with committees and senior management. Acts as the first point of reference for day‑to‑day queries and serves as a liaison to related areas. May lead projects and/or train lower‑level staff. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building toward becoming an area expert. Knowledge Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills. Experience Five or more years of related business experience. Working Model Hybrid: a balanced working model that allows a mix of office and remote work to provide flexibility. Salary Range $66,700 - $113,300 USD. This range represents a good‑faith estimate of base pay.
