Toolmaker (Mold & Tooling / CNC)

Moser Engineering Services is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Toolmaker to support precision tooling, mold components, and fixture work. This is a hands‑on toolroom role — not a production or desk‑only programming position. Key Responsibilities Build, repair, and modify molds, fixtures, and precision tooling Operate toolroom equipment (Grinder, Wire EDM) Set up and run CNC mills (3‑axis machining, NX CAM preferred) Program parts to support tooling and mold work Fit, assemble, and troubleshoot tooling Read engineering drawings and GD&T Perform in‑process inspection Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues Qualifications 5+ years toolmaking or mold making experience Hands‑on toolroom equipment experience CNC programming experience (NX preferred) 3‑axis CNC setup and operation Preferred Experience Wire EDM experience Requirements Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliant) Background check and drug screening required #J-18808-Ljbffr Moser Engineering Services, Inc
