Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ success within a forward-thinking special education program. This role is ideal for a BCBA passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth with significant social and emotional needs. You’ll work closely with the Pyramid Program—a specialized setting providing intensive therapeutic and educational support within a vibrant middle school community.
You’ll be joining an interdisciplinary team committed to nurturing each student’s strengths and potential. This position offers the chance to shadow the current BCBA through December, ensuring a smooth transition as you prepare to take full responsibility for the caseload through the end of the school year.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with youth with behavioral, social, or emotional needs preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills—able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to commit full-time (Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 3:15pm) with occasional after-school meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based behavioral analysis services and consultation for the Pyramid Program
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans for students in a small-group, structured setting
- Train and support staff on best practices, data collection, and fidelity of behavioral intervention strategies
- Participate in student progress reviews, IEP meetings, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

Compensation for this position ranges from $56.00 to $76.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
