Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care Locations: Danvers, Agawam, Andover, Holyoke, North Andover Pay Rate: $33 - $38 per hour Shifts: All shifts available

About the Role: Mercury Group Staffing is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for contracts and per-diem shifts in various Massachusetts locations. As an LPN in long-term care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Provide basic patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
