Description: The Barista / Coffee Shop Attendant enhances the guest experience by preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, offering exceptional customer service, and promoting merchandise in the gift shop. This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and upholding operational standards.

How You'll Shape the Experience & Future:

• Greet guests and provide information about available food, beverages, merchandise, and hotel amenities.
• Prepare specialty coffee drinks following established recipes and operate coffee shop equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop, including equipment, displays, and floors, according to SOPs.
• Restock and refresh merchandise and food displays to ensure an inviting presentation.
• Open and close the coffee shop on time, following proper setup and closing procedures.
• Process all sales through the Micros system, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to accounting procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate restocking needs, and assist management with ordering.
• Secure all cash and deposits per hotel and company policies.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

• Reliability and punctuality in opening/closing procedures.

Professional Experience:

• 36 months of related caf or barista experience preferred.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems a plus.

Academic Background:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
