- p Airoom Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Estimating to lead estimating, purchasing and vendor management for residential design/build projects. The role requires managing multiple projects, training staff and delivering fully estimated and purchased projects to Production.
- p The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vendor management, pricing structures, and cost control, with a track record across twelve to fifteen subcontractors and ten to fifteen material vendors per project. This is an on-site role with full benefits and opportunities to shape preconstruction strategy.
