Sales Assistant
A leading global manufacturer of automotive components, specializing in high-quality rubber, resin, and assembly products, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support its U.S. sales division. This role will assist daily sales activities, coordinate operational workflows, and support local account management to ensure smooth department operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
Language Skills (Required): Japanese: Conversational to business level required to facilitate smooth internal communications and support operational workflows. English: Intermediate proficiency (ability to handle daily business tasks and routine communication comfortably).
Excel Skills: Proficiency in basic functions such as VLOOKUP for data matching and list referencing. Experience with quotation calculations and data handling.
Experience & Skills: Prior experience or strong interest in sales and business support within a manufacturing or commercial environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. High motivation and ambition to advance into a future Sales role.
