Back of House Team Member

We're looking for our next exceptional Back-of-House (BOH) Team Members! As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team by assembling food orders quickly and accurately for front counter, curbside, drive‑thru, and catering/delivery, maintain restaurant cleanliness (inside and outside), observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving others. Back‑of‑House Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards Be knowledgeable about the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and staying up‑to‑date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a source of reliable transportation Consistency and reliability Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer‑service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail‑oriented Able to multi‑task Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis Ability to handle all technology, equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required Works in hot, noisy and fast‑paced environment Mobility required during shifts Must work well under pressure Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr
