We're seeking an Inside Appointment Setter to lead phone-based outreach to golf course superintendents. This role focuses on sparking interest, handling objections, and booking confirmed discovery calls for the Strategic Partnerships & Growth team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and experienced in maintaining a full and accurate appointment calendar.

Compensation: Salaried monthly rate in USD to be defined

Language Requirements: Strong spoken English

Location: Availability aligned with U.S. business hours; Central Time preferred

Responsibilities

• Call golf course superintendents from provided lists using established talking points and call scripts.
• Build interest in a 20-minute discovery call without over-explaining the full solution.
• Handle objections and gatekeepers with a respectful, relationship-focused approach.
• Book confirmed discovery calls directly on the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth's calendar.
• Manage appointment follow-up, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and no-show recovery.
• Log every call, outcome, and note accurately in Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly call-volume and conversation targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to refine scripting, objection handling, and call performance.

Qualifications (Must Haves)

• Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Comfort working with high call volumes and handling rejection professionally.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience handling objections and engaging relationship-driven audiences.
• Ability to work from structured scripts, talking points, and playbooks.
• Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, to document call activity and follow-up.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and calendar management skills.
• Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback in real time.
• Reliable availability during U.S. business hours, preferably aligned with Central Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in golf, turf, agronomy, or another relationship-driven B2B industry.
• Familiarity with consultative or status-based sales frameworks.
