Responsibilities:

• Ensure each guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
• Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and common areas, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to address any issues promptly, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to our shared goals.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and cleaning schedules, ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or a similar field, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and communicating findings effectively to management.
• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams.
• Ability to monitor and report inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in training and supporting new team members in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
