Role Overview We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the greater Midtown Atlanta market. As a Geode Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental‑health disorders, conduct psychotherapy across the general spectrum of conditions, collaborate with other health professionals, provide crisis intervention when needed, and advance care coordination through evidence‑based and measurement‑based care practices. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders and conduct psychotherapy. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize an EMR system to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records for all encounters. Collaborate with providers and team members to coordinate care and move patients along the care continuum. Offer crisis intervention and after‑hours urgent support as required. Participate in a hybrid model: approximately three days onsite and two days telehealth per week, with flexibility to schedule full‑time hours. Qualifications Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Georgia. Minimum one year of professional psychotherapy experience preferred. Strong commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Proficiency in electronic health record use and data‑based outcome tracking. Understanding of mental‑health disorders, treatment modalities, and an ability to address a general spectrum of conditions.
