Summary of Job Duties: This posting will fill positions at various areas, including Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Specialty, and Primary Care. Final clinic assignment will be determined by the department manager based on operational needs and position availability

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
• Good communication skills, computer/basic keyboard skills, telephone etiquette skills, and general knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge in basic medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CHAA Certification
• Bachelor's degree

Salary Information: $17.72
