We are hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals. If you're looking for a workplace where your skills are valued and your contributions make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilitiesTravel to nearby centers as neededQualifications:Valid State COTA and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States.
