Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and is excited to grow with us. This part-time, flexible position is ideal for an experienced, fully licensed PMHNP who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications for Tides clients Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure coordinated, client-centered care Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EHR system Contribute to the development of an integrated care model that supports holistic wellness Qualifications: Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Illinois Board of Nursing Full practice authority (FPA) or collaborative relationship in place with a physician Valid DEA and NPI numbers Previous experience in a psychiatric, mental health and/or outpatient setting Individual liability insurance preferred but not required Commitment to Tides' mission and core values Passionate about participating in an entrepreneurial, growing startup environment Tides Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer.
