Our care is based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping children grow and may come from childcare, daycare, paraprofessional, direct support, behavioral health, education, or caregiving backgrounds. What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center. Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families. What We Offer $21.50 - $28.50/hour; initial offers are typically $21.50-22.75/hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. Sign on bonus included with all offers. Paid training for RBT certification, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification); preference for enrollment in or completion of a bachelor's degree program, with ideal candidates pursuing degrees in child development, psychology, education, or a related field. Experience working with children is preferred, including childcare, daycare, caregiving, paraprofessional, direct support, or behavioral health experience. Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment. Reliable transportation, punctuality, teamwork, and comfort using computers/tablets. Ability to sit, stand, kneel, move quickly, occasionally run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
