Now Hiring: 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians

Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $34-$39/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time

Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am

Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a top manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. These hands-on roles focus on keeping production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently while supporting process improvements and reliability goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and PLC diagrams

• Install, modify, and maintain equipment and facility infrastructure

• Support process improvement and engineering projects

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or technical certification required

• 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics and HVAC

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to work independently and respond to on-call maintenance needs
