Now Hiring: 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians

Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $34-$39/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time

Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am

Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a top manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. These hands-on roles focus on keeping production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently while supporting process improvements and reliability goals.

What You’ll Do:

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and PLC diagrams
Install, modify, and maintain equipment and facility infrastructure
Support process improvement and engineering projects
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or technical certification required
2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics and HVAC
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and respond to on-call maintenance needs
