Manager OB

HCT has an immediate need for an Interim Manager OB/GYN and PEDS part of a health system in northern CA.

Responsibilities include managing the OB/GYN unit and supervises the CN4 Nurse Supervisor, overseeing ambulatory patient care and clinical staff including RNs, LVNs, and Medical Assistants, while managing timekeeping, payroll, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Degree required
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in Women and Children’s Services; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient and staff satisfaction, a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective leadership skills
• Candidate MUST reside in California
• License: CA RN license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS,
• Computer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred

$145,000-$155,000 per year
