RN - Perioperative Care Unit (PCU) 0.75 FTE/Evening

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: - Hourly $50.72 - $90.17 We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Perioperative Care Unit (PCU). This unit is responsible to prepare patients for surgical procedures. Patient populations include Cardio/Thoracic, Gynecology/Oncology, Bariatric, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, Vascular, and General Surgery. 0.75 FTE / 60 hours biweekly pay period 8 or 10 hour Evening shift / Variable Days TBD 1 weekend day call shift every 8 weeks 1 summer holiday call shift and 1 winter holiday call shift required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required, BSN preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.) required. Healthcare provider CPR Certification required. ACLS certification required. 5+ years recent acute care nursing experience required. Recent Pre-op/Phase II nursing experience strongly preferred. Note - RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week.
