About the Role As a Business Attorney at Dye Culik, you'll serve as a trusted legal advisor to business owners and executives, helping clients navigate legal challenges while protecting and growing their businesses. Your work may include: Business formations and organizational planning Corporate governance and entity management Contract drafting, review, and negotiation Commercial transactions Business acquisitions and strategic transactions General outside counsel services for businesses Risk management and day-to-day legal counseling, dispute resolution, and business litigation Working with franchisors and franchisees Building long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders Every day brings something different, providing the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters while making a meaningful impact on the success of our clients. What We're Looking For We're looking for an attorney who combines strong legal skills with sound judgment, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to client service.
