Dirt Farm Brewing in Bluemont, VA, is seeking creative and high energy individuals to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and has a passion for culinary.
- This person ensures guests have a great culinary experience while visiting our farm brewery.
- The position is part-time and seasonal, with mostly weekend shifts and holiday Mondays.
- Applicant must be able to work weekends and holidays through November.
Seeking individuals who are hard-working, ready to learn, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Join our creative culinary team, willing to learn and grow in the field of hospitality!
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Efficiently work with team members toward a common goal
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
- Work collectively with the front-of-house team
Qualifications
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays through November
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to train
