Location: In-Office – Amherst, NY Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Core hours are Monday–Friday + some Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST) Pay & Earning Potential: • $16/hour base pay • $50 commission for every appointment that shows • Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately: – $5,500–$7,000+ per month – $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE • Uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn more! We reward hustle, consistency, and performance. If you can produce, there’s serious income potential here. What You’ll Be Doing: • Speaking with homeowners about solar energy solutions • Setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants.
