Inside Sales Representative $60,000–$100,000+ Earning Potential

WyattWorks Plumbing, HVAC & Electric is looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Representative who loves talking to customers, chasing opportunities, and creating revenue.

This is not a traditional customer service position. You’ll handle inbound opportunities, but a major part of your success will come from outbound follow-up — recovering canceled appointments, following up on unsold estimates, re-engaging past customers, working zero-dollar service calls, utilizing text and drip campaigns, and helping grow and retain our membership base.

The position includes a base salary of approximately $25,000 , with significant performance-based compensation tied directly to the opportunities and revenue you create. Strong performers should have the opportunity to earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually.

We are looking for someone who is competitive, organized, customer-focused, comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and genuinely motivated by sales and performance.

Your main responsibility is simple:

Find opportunities. Follow up aggressively. Help customers. Create revenue.

You’ll work with customers by phone, text, and our software systems to make sure valuable opportunities do not fall through the cracks.

You will help own:

• Booking new inbound customer calls and opportunities
• Recovering canceled and rescheduled appointments
• Following up on unsold estimates
• Re-engaging customers who previously considered work but did not move forward
• Reviewing zero-dollar and low-dollar service calls for opportunities that may have been missed
• Contacting customers quickly while the technician may still be available to complete additional work
• Working closely with technicians and managers to help recover opportunities
• Making outbound calls from targeted customer lists
• Re-engaging past customers
• Using texting and automated drip campaigns to stay in front of customers
• Identifying additional plumbing, HVAC, and electrical opportunities
• Tracking follow-up until there is a clear outcome

A major part of this position will be helping champion the WyattWorks membership program.

We already have a strong membership base of more than 1,000 customers, and we believe there is a significant opportunity to grow it.

This person will help own:

• New membership sales
• Membership retention
• Membership cancellations and save opportunities
• Following up with members
• Developing better processes for membership growth
• Tracking membership performance
• Finding ways to continuously increase the value of the program for our customers
