PowerPusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., designs and manufactures innovative material handling equipment that improves workplace safety and productivity around the world.
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who knows how to build and scale operations in a growing, smaller-company environment . The right person has experience building teams, processes, and structure from the ground up-not simply stepping into an already established operation.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials operations.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive Lean initiatives and operational efficiencies that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT to support business growth.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, or engineered-to-order manufacturing preferred.
- Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing operations and processes.
- Strong purchasing, inventory, and supply chain management experience.
- ERP/MRP experience required ( NetSuite preferred ).
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and driving results.
