Johnstone Supply is seeking to hire for our full-time Counter Sales position in our Tonawanda, NY location. Come join our family!A DAY IN THE LIFE IN COUNTER SALESIn Counter Sales, you are the face of Johnstone Supply to our valued customers. As the person manning the counter, they rely on you for your expertise and knowledge of our products. When HVAC contractors call in or stop by our storefront, you enter their orders into our point-of-sale system. You also pull orders for carryout or delivery. Friendly and helpful, you develop and maintain relationships with them built on trust. You feel great about helping our business clients meet their own clients' needs as you continue to learn more about the HVAC trades!QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer proficiencyPhone skillsPhysical ability to move and lift productsStellar sales skillsHVAC industry experience would be helpful but is not required.
