Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Fridays off

As a Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and warm voice patients see first. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment, handling patient check-ins, assisting with paperwork, answering questions, and supporting scheduling needs. You'll work closely with the team to ensure every patient has a positive experience in a fast-paced dental setting.


What You'll Do
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients with a professional and friendly attitude
• Assisting patients with check-in procedures and paperwork
• Providing tablet assistance for electronic form completion
• Answering patient questions and offering excellent customer service
• Entering and maintaining accurate patient information
• Supporting scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Maintaining a clean and professional front office environment
