Business Analyst

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree from a nationally accredited college or university in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving ability with experience interpreting complex data sets.
• We need substantial experience working with a range of database platforms, including exporting, importing, filtering, comparing, transforming, and summarizing data.
• We require familiarity with basic HTML for formatting text and graphics.
• Strong verbal communication skills are needed to explain insights clearly and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong writing skills are required for polished reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and time management are essential for managing multiple projects.
• We need someone who can learn new technologies quickly.
• The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• A reliable automobile, proof of automobile insurance, and a valid drivers license are required.

• We collect, organize, enter, and maintain client and constituency records and related data across multiple database systems.
• We develop and run queries, exports, and reports to support client functions, departments, and operational initiatives.
• We perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
• We analyze and document business and technical processes.
• We administer web donation portals that support fundraising campaigns.
• We track and evaluate fundraising performance, donor engagement, campaign outcomes, and event profitability.
• We create reports that summarize transactions, campaigns, events, and operational activity.
• We analyze data across multiple business systems, including DonorPerfect, Qgiv, DoubleTheDonation, TargetX/Salesforce, MySchoolBucks, AudienceView/OvationTix, and Jumbula.
• We prepare executive-level reports and presentations for quarterly and annual client meetings to show the value and impact of our services.
• We translate complex operational and technical information into clear, high-level summaries for business leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
• We monitor database technologies and reporting tools for opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and system performance.
• We recommend improvements to database usage strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness, reporting accuracy, and operational impact.
