Which means you can make extra $ by making sales and offering buddy referrals!/ppResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:/pulliGreeting and checking in all members making them feel welcome and important/liliSelling and setting up new memberships/liliPromoting and gaining buddy referrals from existing members/liliConducting guest tours/liliAssisting with clubs daily cleaning and other tidying tasks as assigned/liliCreating relationships inside and outside the gym/liliLearning and adhering to our processes and procedures/liliAnswering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner/liliMaking outbound follow up phone calls on your portioned incoming leads from web/li/ulpCandidate requirements:/pulliAlways display a positive, upbeat, outgoing and courteous personality./liliDesired candidates will have some experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting./liliA flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends./liliPrevious gym experience preferred but not required/liliAbove job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or alteration at any time./li/ulpWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
