Job Summary Store Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staffing, cost control, inventory, cash management, customer service, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store crew during shifts. Manage staffing, scheduling, and paperwork. Maintain cost controls, inventory, and cash control. Ensure customer service standards and store cleanliness. Adhere to all policies and procedures. Participate in marketing, profitability, and image initiatives. Coordinate with franchise owner and open/closing procedures. Qualifications Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, accurate monetary change. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, keyboards, touch screens. Ability to read and interpret maps for delivery. Valid driver's license (delivery roles) and insured vehicle. Experience and Skills Experience in a fast‑food or retail environment preferred. Ability to operate kitchen equipment and handle food safely. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, climbing stairs. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to multiple stores.
