Quality Sorter (Short-Term Project)

QUICK CA$H PROJECT! Quality Sorters Needed in Jeff City! Looking for extra income with a straightforward, short-term project? Randstad is hiring 12 Quality Control Sorters for an immediate, high-volume project at the IWDG Warehouse in Jefferson City!

The Details:

• Start Date: Mid-July (Around the 3rd week of July)

• Schedule: 8-hour days / 6-to-10 day projects (Perfect for a quick paycheck!)

• Location: Jefferson City, MO (IWDG Warehouse)

• Requirements: Steel-toe boots/safety shoes & safety glasses

What You’ll Do: It’s simple, light industrial quality work. You will be working with a great team to inspect and recover manufactured pumps:

• Sort: Pull cartons from pallets, open them up, and inspect parts by hand.

• Test & Clean: Spin components to make sure they move freely, or use a cloth to wipe away small dust/fibers.

• Pack: Separate the good parts from the bad parts, seal the boxes, and stack them back on the pallet.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, sorting, or assembly experience is a plus!

• Great attention to detail and ability to do repetitive hand movements.

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance (since it’s a short project, every day counts!).

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Manual Sorting & Inspection: Open cartons from pallets and inspect pumps by hand to identify defects or contamination.

• Quality Testing: Rotate pump components by hand to check for free movement, separating passing products from rejected items.

• Product Cleaning: Use a clean cloth to quickly wipe away visible surface fibers and contaminants from parts.

• Material Handling: Pull heavy cartons from pallets, open them for sorting, and securely reseal and re-palletize finished goods.

• Safety & Compliance: Always wear mandatory safety shoes and safety glasses while working on the warehouse floor.
