Product Manager - Clinical Data Quality
$210k - $245kTruveta
Product Manager - Clinical Data Quality Truveta is the world's first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta' s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values. Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote Who We Need
Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.
This Opportunity
At Truveta, we have an ambitious mission of "saving lives with data." We do that by transforming real-world healthcare experiences into insights that fuel research and improve patient outcomes at unprecedented speed and scale. We are looking for a Product Manager, Data Quality to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for how Truveta delivers high-quality, reliable, and trustworthy real-world data experiences for clinical research.
This role is critical to ensuring that researchers, partners, and internal teams can confidently rely on Truveta data to power meaningful healthcare insights. You will define and drive the roadmap for data quality across the full lifecycle of our platform - from ingestion and orchestration through transformation, validation, and production delivery. You will be responsible for creating scalable, systematic approaches to identifying, measuring, improving, and communicating data quality across one of the most advanced healthcare data platforms in the industry.
The ideal candidate is deeply curious about data and passionate about understanding why data behaves the way it does. You are energized by diving into complex systems, investigating root causes, and translating ambiguity into clear, durable solutions. You combine strategic product leadership with strong analytical rigor and exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect highly technical data quality concepts to meaningful research and business outcomes.
You will partner closely with engineering, clinical informatics, operations, and research stakeholders to define what "great" data quality looks like and operationalize it across the organization. Leveraging an AI-first mindset, you will modernize how quality is measured, monitored, surfaced, and continuously improved at scale.
Responsibilities
Be a part of building something special. Now is the perfect time to join Truveta. We have strong, established leadership with decades of success. We are well-funded. We are building a culture that prioritizes people and their passions across personal, professional and everything in between. Join us as we build an amazing company together.
