Fathom 4 continues to grow when we build teams that feel the same way.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops computer code in C++ and Java.Utilize Applied Mathematics to develop software that performs signals analysis and interprets physical sensor output.Develop and Maintains software as part of Windows and Linux Baselines. Solid experience with disciplined software release control and configuration management.Works as part of an Agile SCRUM Software development team that Analyzes, develops, tests, and modifies software to meet the user's and systems requirements.Works with Government Systems Engineering and Software Development teams to Identify and prioritize enhancement implementation and bug fixes.Coordinates with user to identify data availability, report requirements, and systems design problems.Reviews work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules.Prepares status reports and presentations on task performance to clients.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).Computer Science and IT Degree programs shall be accredited by one of the 6 associations:Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)Higher Learning Commission (HLC)Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU)Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)Senior College University Commission (WSCUC)Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)Engineering degrees shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program (see Note: Technology degrees do not qualify as Engineering or Physical Science Degrees.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Three (3) to Six (6) years of experience in Software design and development, to include: Systems Architecture design, Signals Analysis, Statistical Data Analysis, Automated Test and Evaluation, and support of C4ISR software applications.Three (3) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR and information management systems.CLEARANCE: Current active Secret, with reasonable expectation of eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance in the future.
