LaborMAX Staffing is hiring dependable Catering Service Workers and Cook I team members for an assignment in Charlotte, NC, from October 20 through at least October 22, 2026.

Position 1: Catering Service Worker

Pay: $16.44 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering and food service operations.
• Help set up, maintain, and break down food service areas.
• Assist with serving food and beverages as assigned.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests.
• Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support catering operations.

Position 2: Cook I

Pay: $19.17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items.
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Assist with food preparation for special events and catered functions.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Follow established recipes, food safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep kitchen work areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and catering team to ensure timely meal service.

Dress Code Requirements

All team members must wear:

• Black slip-resistant shoes
• Black pants
• Dark-colored shirt

Screening Requirements

• Drug test required.
• Background check required.

Parking tickets will be validated.
