Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Full Stack Lead (.Net)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract | C2C | (No OPT Visa candidates) Work Authorization: H1B/GC/USC Experience:
- Developers: 5+ Years
- Leads: 10+ Years
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications with secure and efficient APIs and front-end interfaces.
- Lead and guide end-to-end architecture discussions and ensure adherence to best practices (for Leads).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate applications with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize system performance and maintain coding standards, code reviews, and testing procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance across layers (UI, middleware, backend).
- Programming Languages: Python, .NET (C#), TypeScript/JavaScript
- Frontend Frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Backend Frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Django, or Flask
- Cloud Platforms: Azure and AWS (experience with deployment, monitoring, and integration)
- Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB
- Version Control & DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Testing Tools: PyTest, NUnit, or Jest
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerized deployment.
- For Leads: Demonstrated experience mentoring teams, performing architecture reviews, and client-facing technical communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
