With three exceptional locations — two in Waikiki and one inside the prestigious Kahala Hotel & Resort — Arancino has been a pillar of Italian culinary excellence in Hawaii since 1996. We combine time-honored Italian traditions with the spirit of aloha, using the finest imported ingredients from Italy alongside fresh, locally sourced products. What You’ll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team motivation. Uphold and ensure excellence in service, food quality, and ambiance. Resolve guest concerns promptly and turn challenges into positive experiences. Coach, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential. Manage and optimize controllable costs including labor and inventory. Implement strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency. Set the standard by modeling professionalism and Arancino’s company values. Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless service. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant. Experience in casual-upscale or upscale dining preferred. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Familiarity with cost controls, labor management, and guest recovery. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
