Overview:
As a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with CareMaster Medical Services, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional in-home medical and attendant care to patients in the Griffin, GA area. With a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 and weekly payroll, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide care activities for patients as directed in their care plans
Utilize Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Electronic Clinical Documentation to streamline your workflow
Use your smartphone for easy documentation
Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on timely, professional, and courteous service.
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
Minimum one year of experience as a nurse (preferred)
Current CPR certification card
Annual PPD report
Proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card, for example)
Passing Medication Proficiency Exam
Completion of CareMaster Registry requirements
Job Requirements:
CPR certification
First Aid certification
Clean background check
Driver's License
Vehicle insurance
PPD certification
Smartphone with downloading capabilities
Attendance required at annual evaluations
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented
Punctual
Reliable
Additional Requirements:
Nursing experience: 1 year (required)
LPN License (required)
