Position Title: High School Biology Teacher Location: Franklin High School Salary Range : Base + Local Stipend Length of Work Year: 10 months Position Starts: August 2026 Position Summary; Teacher will work closely with the High School Science team to implement the TEKS and other programs according to state, local and federal guidelines and procedures. Position Requirements Education/Certification/License: Valid Texas Secondary Composite Science or other appropriate Texas certification
Experience: High School Science teaching experience preferred / not required / Proficient with technology (computer, projector, document camera, software and other related programs). Duties/Responsibilities

- Provide effective instruction in Science at the secondary level
- Meet and exceed state / campus goals for student performance
- Maintain orderly classroom
- Facilitate and monitor testing procedures related to instruction.
